Shipping options/costs
On this page you will find the various shipping options and the associated costs for shipping (or possibly picking up) your orders. For more information on delivery times, both within and outside the Netherlands, please refer to the 'Delivery time' page.
Shipping under normal circumstances
Under normal circumstances we use the rates and options of our standard external carrier, PostNL (via MyParcel), with the exception of specific cases.
Below is an overview of shipping costs and options per country. The prices listed include VAT and apply as 'starting prices'. For shipments outside the EU a 0% VAT rate applies.

Starting prices
The prices listed are for most orders, as 'starting prices'.
For shipments that need to be shipped insured and/or require a 'fragile' sticker, higher shipping costs will be charged.
For most countries outside of the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs will increase as the weight of the shipment also increases.
