30 days reflection period

Would you like to return (part of) your order?
Please let us know within 30 days of receipt.
Please include the following information:

• The order number
• Which part of the order you want to return
• If necessary: The reason for the return request

This way we can help you as quickly and as well as possible.

Price-performance-guarantee

We have a Price-Quality-Guarantee.

If your order does not match the description or the agreed condition as stated in our general terms and conditions, chapter 'Guarantee', you can of course return (this part of) your order free of charge.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to revoke an order within fourteen days of receipt without giving reasons. In that case, the buyer will receive a full refund of the order, including shipping costs. The costs of returning the order are to be borne by the buyer. Please check with your carrier for exact rates.

After submitting the return notification, the buyer has another 14 days to actually return the order. When the buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned together with all its accessories - and if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary for sale, Javena reserves the right to charge the depreciation. Please ensure that the product is handled carefully and properly packaged upon return.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@Javena.nl. Javena will refund the order amount due within fourteen days of notification of the return, provided the goods have been received by us in good condition.

Unstamped return shipments will be refused by us. For cash on delivery deliveries that are refused or not collected without prior valid reason, we will charge €25 for costs incurred.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal reasonably include:
Custom orders, custom orders on location, products which cannot be taken back for reasons of hygiene after breaking seal and/or opening packaging (think undergarments).
