It may happen that things do not go quite as desired or planned. We advise you to first report any complaints to us via WhatsApp, by e-mail: info@Javena.nl or by contacting us in any other way. We will then work with you to find an appropriate solution.
If this does not lead to a solution, you can register the dispute for mediation with WebwinkelKeur.
In addition, consumers in the EU have the possibility to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. You can find this platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If the complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you can submit it through the platform of the European Union.
